Purpose

To analyze various users and their needs, and to develop a document strategy for each user.

Details

I outlined a high-level overview of Hootsuite as a product, and what user problems the software solves. I developed three user profiles for different user types and outlined their documentation needs. I composed 8 pages of sample text for one of the user guides in my documentation proposal.
