Purpose

To create a task-based user guide for HSBCnet’s Automated File Delivery Service system.

Details

Instead of documenting the software as one long procedure, individual user tasks were separately described. Tasks were grouped together based on similar workflows. This enables additions and changes to individual user tasks as the software changes.
